​ Competing for a career in Law Enforcement will be the most demanding pre-employment process one will ever experience. Each stage requires preparation, dedication and a commitment to excellence. Many applicants bring strong backgrounds, and have directed their lives towards their dream of a career in Law Enforcement, but lack a "plan for success". Most applicants try to glean as much information as they can prior to entering the recruiting process. They ask their friends or associates who may be police officers or in law enforcement for advice about " what to do " to make themselves competitive. They attend sessions that provide a great deal of information about the various processes. They may contact recruiting offices and try to gather generic information about the recruitment standards specific to that agency.  All of these methods may be very helpful, but are not specific to YOUR application. Recruiters are hardworking people, but in many instances they cannot, or will not provide you with a comprehensive consultation specific to your individual dimensions. This may confuse an applicant's performance expectations, and can result in poor preparation. 

My fourteen years as a patrol officer has provided me with a solid policing foundation that I have relied on as I have moved forward in my career. I draw from my experiences as a street police officer, and have learned from my successes and challenges. I know what dimensions are essential to become an effective police officer, and I have used my knowledge and experience to select the best applicants. I bring street credibility, investigative ability, and an extensive  background as a Recruiter and Training Officer to provide you with a competent, honest, and valuable consultation.
